1. Service Description

Kitchener Basement Renovation is a lead generation service a local lead generation service. We connect homeowners with licensed basement renovation contractors in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge region. We are not a contracting company and do not perform renovation work directly.

2. No Warranty on Contractor Work

We vet our contractor network for licensing and insurance, but we do not warranty or guarantee the work performed by third-party contractors. Any disputes regarding workmanship are between you and the contractor directly.

3. Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request through this site is free and non-binding. You are under no obligation to proceed with any contractor referral.

4. CASL Compliance

By submitting your contact information, you consent to being contacted by us and our contractor partners regarding your renovation inquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@kitchenerbasementrenovation.ca.
